Privacy Policy

Welcome to AURA: Orbit Strike ("the App"), developed by Thanh Truong. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. AURA collects no personal data on our servers. All gameplay data is stored locally on your device.

We do NOT collect:

• Personal identifiable information (name, email, phone, address)
• Location or GPS data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Behavioral tracking or analytics data
• Crash reports or telemetry
• Camera, microphone, or contacts access

AURA stores the following data locally on your device only using SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us:

• Game progress: High score, current coins/shards balance
• Upgrades: Max HP level, Energy Regen level, Attract Radius level, Score Bonus level (0–3 each)
• Prestige: Prestige level (0–5), lifetime waves survived
• Skins: Which of the 6 skins have been unlocked and which is equipped
• Settings: Audio on/off preference, selected language
• Daily login: Last login date, current streak count
• Daily challenge: Current challenge seed and completion status
• Purchase status: Whether the Remove Ads purchase has been made

This data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app. We have no access to it.

AURA uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements and optional rewarded video ads (for revive). We configure AdMob with nonPersonalizedAds: true, meaning:

• No personalized/behavioral advertising
• No App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent requested
• No advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID) used for targeting

Google AdMob may collect technical information to serve contextual ads (e.g., device type, language). Please review Google's Privacy Policy for details on their data practices. Google's Privacy Policy

You can permanently remove all ads with the one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase ($1.99).

AURA offers one optional in-app purchase: Remove Ads (one-time, $1.99). This purchase is processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process payments or store payment information.

Benefits of the purchase: permanent removal of banner ads + free revive on every death.

Purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. For refunds, contact Apple or Google directly.

Game Center (iOS) / Google Play Games (Android): If you choose to sign in, your game score is submitted to the leaderboard and achievements are tracked. This is optional — the game functions fully without signing in. Please review Apple's and Google's privacy policies for their handling of Game Center / Play Games data.

Share Score: When you tap "Share Score," the app opens your device's native share sheet. We do not receive or store any information about what you share or to whom.

AURA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). The app contains Google AdMob ads configured as non-personalized, which is compliant with COPPA and similar regulations.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us immediately at the email below.

All data stored by the app lives locally on your device. It is retained until you uninstall the app or clear the app's data through your device settings. We retain no data on our servers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
