Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using AURA: Orbit Strike ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

AURA: Orbit Strike is a free-to-play mobile arcade game available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). The game is free to download and play. Optional in-app purchases are available.

The App is developed and maintained by Thanh Truong ("we," "us," or "our").

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; or use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Manipulate leaderboard scores through fraudulent means
• Interfere with the App's functionality or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity

The App offers one optional in-app purchase:

• Product: Remove Ads
• Price: $1.99 USD (or equivalent in local currency)
• Type: Non-consumable one-time purchase
• Benefits: Permanent removal of all banner ads + free revive on every death
• Transferability: Non-transferable; linked to your App Store or Google Play account
• Restoration: Can be restored via the "Restore Purchases" button in the app settings on the same account

All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not process payments directly. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. For refund requests, contact Apple or Google directly.

Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any in-app purchase at any time.

AURA supports global leaderboards and achievements through Apple Game Center (iOS) and Google Play Games (Android). Participation is optional and requires signing in to these third-party services.

We reserve the right to remove any scores or achievements obtained through cheating, exploits, or violations of these Terms.

By participating in leaderboards, you agree to the respective terms of service of Apple Game Center or Google Play Games.

The free version of the App displays banner advertisements and optional rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob. All ads are configured as non-personalized.

You can permanently remove all ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase ($1.99).

All content in the App — including but not limited to graphics, game mechanics, sounds, music, text, and code — is owned by or licensed to Thanh Truong and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AURA: Orbit Strike, its logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Thanh Truong. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Thanh Truong be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All locally stored data will be deleted when you uninstall the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vietnam.
